Cold Drawn Bright Steel

Turned (Peeled) Bright Steel

C & S offer the following size ranges in bright turned steel.

Chamfering

We are able to offer single & double end chamfering on Round and Hexagon bars from 10mm up to 70mm with lengths between 1000mm & 4000mm.

Precision sawing

We are able to offer cut length pieces ranging from 15mm long in sizes from 20mm up to 250mm. Material can be supplied in bins, bags or stacked onto pallets which can also be shrink-wrapped for additional protection.

Wrapping

Material can be supplied in protective wrapping either for weather protection or export purposes.

Non Destructive Testing

For customers requiring crack detected material we are able to supply material subjected to MPI and/or Ultrasonic testing.

Heat Treatment

We are able to meet customers’ requirements which involve hardening & tempering, annealing or normalising.
